FanHandler LA models are used to control refrigerant head pressure. These Low Ambient controls are often used as a service tool to help set the refrigerant charge of an AC unit
during cool weather conditions.

These units monitor the temperature of the liquid line and adjust the condenser fan speed to maintain a line temperature of about 105deg. This effectively simulates an 85 degree day, allowing you to get an accurate charge even when ambient temperatures are in the low 50s.

These units are designed to be quick and easy to install, many jobs can be completed in less time than putting up a tent!
