5 Year Warranty
FanHandler guarantees its products are free from defects for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. In the event of a product failure before the warranty period expires, you may return the product to FanHandler, and we will either repair or replace the product free of charge. If the product fails outside of the warranty FanHandler may still be able to repair the product for a small fee, depending on the extent of the damage.
This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, tampering, or mishandling of the product. The product must also be installed and serviced by a licensed professional.
Models covered by warranty: FAC-120, FAC-240, HP-120, HP-240, LA-120, LA-277, ecMModulator 4, ecMModulator 4Z, Baldor motors.
Note: ECM motors are covered by the manufactures 1 year warranty. ECM Motor warranty has now been extended to 3 years on our US motors!
